FAQs

Frequently asked questions are boring, but they are essential. Here are our FAQs:

Responsible Service of Alcohol

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence:

  • To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years old (penalty exceeds $23,000).

  • For a person under the age of 18 to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $900).

Karma Drops wants everyone to share our wines in moments of joy. We should remember to drink responsibly and in moderation. Karma Drops Liquor Licence No. is LIQP770018350.

Liquor Licensing Acts

Liquor Act 1982: It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

Shipping and Delivery

We want to get your wine to you as soon as possible.

We use carriers with ID regulations to securely and safely get your wine from us to you.

Fees

Shipping is calculated in a number of ways. Smaller packages have a flat rate associated to them and larger parcels are determined on weight. We attempt to minimise shipping costs wherever possible.

How long will my order take?

We are a small team, trying to share moments of joy through wine from our small operation. We deliver with a number of Australia’s most reputable delivery partners and once your order is placed we will receive a notification instantly. That is our cue to quickly box up your order and ship it out.

You will receive a confirmation once your order is processed and that means it is on the way to the Post Office.

There is no hard and fast rule but as a general guide:

  • 2-4 business days in Sydney

  • 2-4 business days in Melbourne

  • 3-5 business days in Adelaide and Tassie metro

  • 4-7 business days in Brisbane

  • 8-15 business days in Perth

  • 4-8 business days in other metro areas

  • Up to 2 weeks in rural areas.

Sometimes orders can be delayed for all sorts of reasons, but if you have any questions at any time please email us at orders@karmadrops.com.au.

Delivery Locations

We can deliver to most residential or business addresses. You will need to be available during the delivery window to receive the wine with a valid ID ready.

Currently, due to the Northern Territory’s “Minimum Floor Price” for alcohol at times not all products will be available to be shipped to you.

Returns

We are firm believers in good Karma, so we guarantee your happiness. So if you are not at all happy with your product, shoot us an email and we will do our best to sort it out.

At Karma Drops we think our products are awesome. In fact, we love and drink them ourselves. However we know everyone has different tastes, so if you are not happy with a wine you have ordered from Karma Drops please let us know.

Please just contact us and we will figure something out. It’s all about good Karma.

Refund Processing

Once the product has been dispatched or returned, we will issue your refund as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that if you benefited from a discount code or reward, this discount or rewards will be forfeited in the refund.
